So... since joining here a few weeks ago, I've barely made any progress. It's gotten to the point where I'm constantly miserable all the time about my weight. I'm doing the healthy eating part, I just can't fit the exercise into a tight studying schedule. I guess I really don't know what to do...

Weight loss is 80% eating, 20% exercise. If you're not losing anything you need to take a hard look at what you're eating and see if you are weighing and accounting for all calories.
Definitely try some closer nutritional tracking, maybe through something like my fitness pal. If your calories/stats are where they should be, there may be an underlying medical cause which is important to find, as diet can often cause a scale shift without exercise. You are already achieving and improving yourself through study....it's so hard to see other bright sides when you are in the miserable stage with weight though....sending best wishes.
