4 more pounds gone! I've been fighting 196 for about 9 days so it was great to see. Kind of buckled down yesterday and reworked my plan a bit, more carbs earlier in the day and more spread out, not lumped into one meal, ate supper earlier, cut sodium levels and started exercising every other day (swear word, swear word) actually it wasn't so bad as I actually am managing to do it in the mornings before work. But whatever worked my body finally listened to me screaming at it! Hope everyone's weight in went well.
