Ok, I just read somewhere that you have to count the carbs in eggs? Is that true?

Is that true? NicoleNYC 08-08-2003, 12:49 PM I have read many conflicting accounts - I count each egg as half a carb. Some people count them as a whole carb, and some people don't count them at all. Now there, clear as mud, right? Froufy 08-08-2003, 01:33 PM I believe you have to count all carbs....even carbs in eggs (why would you not count them???). I believe a large egg is .6 carbs but depending on the size you usually eat, you may wish to check carb count on fitday. I always count 2 large eggs as 1.2 carbs! Froufy;) RobinW 08-08-2003, 04:27 PM Yup, you have to count the carbs in eggs Sean 08-09-2003, 01:07 PM A carb is a carb, regardless of where it comes from. I'd rather overestimate and count too many carbs than not count enough and take a chance. Jennifer 3FC 08-09-2003, 11:30 PM Hey there Sean, I was just reading your webpage. Very funny! I notice too that you are a cheese fan. My husband is Dutch, so I've gotten to know quite a bit about cheese over the years. Wow, have you lost 100 pounds all on low carb!? Yayyyy for you on 100 pounds! PS, I saw an entry about the Keto pizza crust. Is it tasty? I've been peeling off my toppings and wrapping them in a low carb tortilla. That is good, but I miss real crust. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
