Default Hello All!
I just found this forum today and joined. I would like to introduce myself. I will be fifty in October and am at my heaviest ever, 281 pounds. My target is 200 pounds.

I am on Lexipro and also see a therapist weekly. It's been a tough struggle, but now I think I am ready to tackle the weight issue.
