Hello all,
I've been lurking on these boards for many years now and it's time to say hello. It has been so inspirational to read the goal stories. A bit about me: I weighed in at 241 in November of 2014. I was rather shocked by that number. Isn't it funny how we always say that we'll never hit a certain number and then we hit it? Since then, I've lost 11 pounds by just cutting out fast food. I'm going to try to kick it up by actually watching what I eat and cutting out soda as well. Coca Cola used to be such a killer for me but I'm actually weaning myself off of it.
