I've been trying steady for the past three weeks to eat the right foods and keep up an exercise regime and have yet to see results. I'm not feeling any different and the scale is exactly the same place it was. Any advice
Give us a bit more info on what your typical exercise and food intake is in the week... It's hard to know what to say otherwise. I would suggest maybe just playing around with your food. Have one day where you eat more, see if it jump starts your metabolism back (some people have mentioned this working).
