I'm in. I have follow up appointment with my doctor to check my weight and blood pressure in roughly 5 weeks. I'd love to be down at least 5lbs by then.

Thank you everyone for all the congratulations - I am getting anxious for my Wednesday weigh in.. that's my first official weigh in for weight watchers. O.O I am hoping I don't creep back up by Wednesday.

CW - 201.2 (+.2lbs)
GW - 196

I'm okay with the +.2 because I'm still down 6lbs from Wednesday the 11th which is awesome. (: woot woot! We can do this!

Its amazing how just walking more can really have an impact on the scale. The last 3 days I have walked 10km per day and I'm seeing 1 pound loses per day.
