Default Vent! When you can't eat what you want to eat

When you have to go off your food plan because of an illness. I got really bad food poisoning yesterday, and the goal is to just keep things down. So I'm stuck here eating all these freaking saltine crackers and toast because everything else makes me nauseous or start throwing up again
Normally I'm just lean proteins veggies and some fruit. No Bread, no crackers. Water is my only beverage but today water makes me vomit and only juice is staying down
Hopefully back on track tomorrow!

Sorry that you aren't feeling well. Don't worry about your plan; you'll be back on it soon, but take care of yourself until then!

That's rough! Don't worry about the food for now....just focus on getting better. I know that's hard, but I admire your commitment to staying on track. That's impressive. Usually, when I'm sick, my commitment vanishes.

Hope you feel better soon! I myself have been not feeling great, it's hard to stay on plan or even want to stay on plan when sickness hits!

I would not sweat it. You are not going to get fat on an ill diet. You'll most likely lose.

Myself, I would worry more about not working out. But that's because I am am crazy @rse about losing form. Which is also not true. You can have quite long breaks from exercise without losing performance. But it's all a mind game I am still trying to master.
