Default Starting again..........

I began weight watchers again.....for the 576th time . I made lifetime about 7 years ago but am back up to within 2 pounds of my highest weight.

BUT....today I tracked everything and stayed in points. I want the weight gone again. I feel terrible about my body and have to do this for self esteem issues and health reasons.

Hi Shelsar, I am starting over, too. It sounds like you did great today! I hope I do as well as you when I begin tomorrow. We've got this!

Today, I am struggling with wanting to eat. I've tracked everything but am thinking mostly of eating. Crazy. I just ate a banana and am drinking coffee. Hopefully it'll pass soon.

Jenn

Ncjane....good luck!

I'm here to start as well, I've done so many things, I tried WW PP once and didn't really follow it, so I'm trying to do it this time, I'm starting sometime this week after I can go buy some food and pre-make things to eat. I hope I do as well as you guys, I calculated my points+ and I can have 29 per day, so fingers crossed I can do it.

Good luck to you guys too!

Don't feel bad about starting again, just tell yourself this is IT! Be proud that you never actually "gave up!"

It is possible to lose after regaining. I'm a lifetime member who regained, but it has been possible to lose again. Only the future matters, not the past.

I just started again. I'm doing it on my own though. We can do it!!! The present is evidence of past behavior but the future is what we do today and after.
