I used to do a bit of yoga almost daily, but stopped completely in the past year or so. Definitely not as flexible or fit as I used to be. I stumbled across this great series of free videos online a couple days ago, tried out some of the routines, and really liked them. So now I feel like I'm ready to take on the 30 Day Yoga Challenge, and I'm looking for some friends to do it with!

I really like what I'm seeing so far - the series is for all levels, but might be too challenging for complete beginners as she seems to assume a little bit of knowledge and doesn't explain correct alignment of all of the poses in depth. It's perfect for people like me, I think, who have a bit of a yoga background but are looking to get back into it or take their practice to the next level. In addition to just guiding us through a good flow of yoga postures, Adriene also emphasizes practicing mindfulness in these videos, which I really appreciate.
I'm starting Day 1 tomorrow morning and hope I can commit to the full 30 days. Who's with me?
