I did pretty awful yesterday (it was my grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary and I went to the movies), so I let it be a "cheat day" and had chocolate three times and tons of buttery popcorn. Yeah, I did pretty bad haha but I don't feel so awful since I discovered a NSV!

I've always had tons of problems with acne, and since it's genetic, I've always been under heavy treatments when I bothered to go to the doctor. It's a pretty bad case, but recently, it seems to have died down a bit - in a way that it never has with acids and pills. My skin is much cleaner now, all because I've been eating better! I'm not even counting calories or anything. So glad to see the change!

Addition: a dress that hasn't fit me in months now seems to fit me, even though the scale says I gained (don't want to update the ticker with that haha) but it is my TOM and late at night, so I'm not sure. My measures have gone down, though, because it fits me well! Not nearly as tight as it was before, and the zipper closes! Haha

Yay, go you!! My skin has cleared up since starting my healthy eating focus too. I think all the sugar I was eating exacerbated my acne :-/

My skin cleared up awesome once I started watching what I ate and adding water to my diet. If I slack on my water, I start to break out and not look so great. It's amazing how much something simple like water helps us so much!
