You can totally do this and I know you'll find lots of support! Everyone says the first step is to make a plan and take baby steps at a time. Add more veggies, drink less soda, etc. There are so many people here who have lost weight in so many different ways their IS going to be something that works for you and it IS possible!!!
The beginning was daunting for me cause even the smallest loss didn't seem to make a big difference. But look up how much a pound of fat really is! It makes even the so called "small" amounts of loss in the beginning totally worth it
