I agree with IanG... Eat clean, lots of water, do cardio for fat loss, and keep exercising with weights or body weight... the rest of your body is important too so make it a whole body work out..... Having said all this it may be that your fat is carried in your arms more than the rest of your body, so learn to accept it and move on... my fat deposit spot are my thighs
and I do a LOT of lunges, squats, and walking... I'm healthy so that's what really counts
