Diverdoc Retired Doc,just diving. Thread Starter Join Date: Jan 2015 Location: UK Posts: 11 S/C/G: 180 current 163 target 140. Height: five foot five inches.	5% weight loss I know that its only the beginning, but I have lost 5% body weight, nine pounds since new year. I am simply following my wife's weight watchers plan, adjusted for me. I am currently 171 lbs and am hoping to lose two stone this year to get me to a BMI of 25,then if possible to a BMI of 23ish.
