I wanted to ask people closer to my weight range, hope you don't mind. Kinda personal/TMI but on average how many pounds of water weight do you gain during TOM?

5-8lbs. It sucks I've read about people who gain nothing or even lose but I see a gain no matter what.

I checked my logbook and I gain anywhere from 1-4 pounds depending on the month. This is usually accompanied by my pants mysteriously shrinking for a few days too.

I gain about 1-3 pounds right before TOM and then 2 days into TOM I usually go back down

I don't seem to gain, but that is the week that I don't lose either. I don't restrict salt or anything but I try to drink a lot of water.
