Default Achieved a mini goal today.. You'll never guess what :P

Hey everybody !!

So my mini goal really isn't as exciting as a lot of the awesome posts and achievements in this thread ... but for me, I'm very happy with it!!
Today, for the first time in about a year of out of control binge eating, I went in to the supermarket and came out WITHOUT any chocolate or junk food
Huge achievement for me as I totally looove my chocolate LOL!
Anyway just felt like sharing this mini-mini goal here!!
Thanks everyone!

That is wonderful! You are an inspiration to me. Sweet snacks are my enemy.

Congratulations on reaching that goal! It is very difficult to do, but you are a testimony of being an "OVERCOMER"! Keep up the great job and more results are on the way for you!

Nice job! I STILL am unable to do that (my excuse is that it makes my greek yogurt more palatable!).

That's not a mini-mini goal, that's huge! Congrats!! And every time you do it, you'll find it easier.

I am more inspired, at this time in my development, by the very small but very meaningful victories like yours. Thank you for telling your story.

Thanks for sharing your accomplishment. It made me realize I need to look at each smart choice I make and celebrate forward progress. I focus on the scale way too much. I love the knowledge and support this site provides. Thanks again!
