Hi,

I apologize if this is repetitive. My husband is thinking he may want to do IP with me but on an alternative version. I read through 100+ posts on the alternative board for drinks and found the chocolate EA drinks from Sam's club.

We usually make coffee in a cup from our keurig, put it in the fridge, then when cold mix it with ice, splenda and a Vanilla RTD and it's AMAZING!

The EA chocolate is just so so. Has anyone found an IP Phase 1 alternative for this product?

Designer Whey vanilla rtd, available at Target , Vitamin Shoppe. It has slightly more volume.
10.5 oz 100 cal Total carbs 5, Fiber 1, Fat 2, Protein 18

It comes in 4-packs that I get at Target for 6.99, sometimes less. Vitamin Shoppe are more expensive, ~9.00/4-pack

I'm pretty sure PremierProtein has a vanilla RTD. I usually buy that product at Costco (but you mention Sam's Club above, so maybe you don't have a close by Costco?).

I generally use either the EAS Carb AdvantEdge vanilla RTD or the Pure Protein vanilla RTD, though I find the EAS is better for mixing into coffee (the Pure Protein is thicker). But I only use the EAS as "coffee creamer" so maybe 2oz at a time....if you are blending a full serving of shake in with your coffee the Pure protein might work better.
