Still 297. But that means I maintained over the weekend.

We all know I don't maintain, so I am pleased.

299. Down 4 and back in Twoderville (before my personal goal of my birthday, too!)

Actually, it's rather a shock to see the weight loss this week. Earlier this week I snuck in a couple weighings to see how things were doing (even though I KNOW better!) and was maintaining or gaining.

And this weekend has been a total bust for exercise (see exercise thread for details) and I have been eating junk -- just not as much of it as usual.

So I certainly didn't expect this kind of loss this morning.

It's hard to remember that my body is my ALLY in this battle, not my enemy. I've maintained enmity with it for so many years. /sigh If I do the right things (eat right and exercise), my body will know how to do the rest (lose weight, grow stronger).

That's great news Sandi. That is where I am this past week When I weiged on Friday I was still maintaining and for the way I've went off here and there that was pretty good.

Good for you Synger. Back in Twoderville before you know it you will be in Onederland.

I decide to copy Matt and weigh in on Fridays. I always waiver with this when I'm dieting. I'ts a toss up. If I weigh on Mondays it keeps me better on the weekend. But then a lot of the time I have a treat after I weigh and still have a treat on the weekend. So I guess I'll stick with the Friday weigh in and that way I will hopefully only treat myself once a week.

That's what I do, Howie. I weigh in on Friday and then allow myself to have some extra stuff that day--I do exercise and drink water still. But I'm back on my program on Saturday. I think I lose a touch slower (my average is 1.5 lbs. a week), but I don't feel deprived, so I don't binge.

I imagine soon I'll probably have to allow myself just a tall nonfat mocha on Friday instead of having the mocha and Thai food, too, if I want to continue losing the next 50 lbs., but so far it's worked for me!

I peeked at home tonight, and it looks good! So as long as I can hold it together and do well tomorrow, I might have big news to report tomorrow night...we'll just have to wait and see!

Default As I thought...

Despite a weekend of Kolaches, s'mores, Wilber Weiners, strudel, houska, and super yummy beef tip sandwiches...I LOST 2.6...bringing my WW loss total to 50.8, and my grand total to about 60 even.

So here's the official 50 gone picture...

I'm not getting on the scale this week. I got into the 5 yr aged cheddar & triscuits last night. Oy. Maybe Saturday. Maybe.

Congrats to all you losers, may I be standing next to you next week.

Hey everyone, 5 more pounds down this week. I just hit my 20% lost goal. I get to take new pictures for my web site tonight. That is a total of 37 now.

All right, Howie! Way to go!

I'm down 1 lb., which puts me at 50 lost and my 20% goal, too. I am going to get a before and 50 lb. lost photo up on the pictures thread today.

Cool I'll be looking for them. I'm going to try and update my webpage tonight with a new 20% photo. A pound at a time is great it sure beats staying the same and it adds up that's 52 a year. Your goal is getting closer and closer. You will be in onederland before you know it.

Great work Howie and Sheila!

I've lost about a pound and a half this week (from 292.2 to 290.6). I was hoping to see the 280s, but that will have to wait till next Friday. I've been good with only looking at the scale once a week, even though I think about it every morning...

Way to go Matt. You will be there in no time. I can't wait to hit 290 that means I will have lost 200lbs.

KM I stood still last week. Just hang in there it will come off.
