I'm a swimmer, I just couldn't get into running like the majority, sorry. I have been feeling like my stomach/core/abs whatever section that is though is lacking.
When I did weights with my husband over a year ago I didn't really like it, but we did crunches and I actually kind of liked them
they were hard, I couldn't do very many and I probably wasn't doing them right but I liked how I felt after it .
Does anyone have or know of any crunch routines to get me started??? Especially something that varries the crunches to target different areas. I want something that starts slow and builds up. I'd love to be the crunch master one day but I know I need to start slow. I'm sure I could come up with something but there so many different "30 day challange" routines for different exercises like planking and stuff I figured one of you might know something you liked involving crunches. I'm just lost as to where to begin. I don't want you to feel like you have to be my personal couch for free or anything, just wondering if someone had links to a routine online somewhere they could recommend to get me started.
