Hi All,

Happy New Year and welcome to the 1st challenge in the Make 2015 Your Goal Year Challenge series!

Simply post your starting weight, goal weight, and your weekly weigh in.

Weigh in days will coincide with the last day of the challenge. For example, Valentine's Day falls on Saturday, so weigh ins for this challenge are on Sat. But of course you can weigh in whenever works for you. Also, feel free to jump in at any point in the challenge or in the year.

Challenge 1: New Years Day to Valentine’s Day (January 1st to February 14th)
Challenge 2: Valentine’s Day until Easter Sunday (February 14th to April 5th)
Challenge 3: Easter to summer (April 5th to June 21st)
Challenge 4: Summer to end of summer (June 21st to September 23rd)
Challenge 5: End of summer until Halloween (September 23rd to October 31st)
Challenge 6: Halloween to New Years Eve (October 31st to December 31st)

Great challenge. I love that it the whole year but we have it broken into challenges with in a challenge. I decided in the last week when I started logging everything I eat and got back on 3fc that this is going to be the year I make my weightloss goal. I have 50 lbs to lose and I hope to get there by August or September, but those last few challenges can be about maintaining if they don't need to be about losing!

Happy New Years everyone.

Last year my weight loss goals didn't happen at all. I sucked at loosing weight to be entirely honest!!!

Sun I start the elimination diet to fix my rash / hive issues. Hopefully my fav food isn't the cause. I am already sensitive to dairy and wheat (found out last time I did the elimination diet).

Well hopefully this year is better.

This is so embarrassing but here we go 152.2. My goal is to lose 2 pounds per week.
Goal weight 140 lbs.

I will join this also.

For the first challenge, now until Valentines, 45 days +/- will be 9 lbs. The next challenge will be the same. Starting weight will be yesterdays low of 96.4

If I accomplish those two goals I will be almost two lbs under my real goal weight of 180. 98 lbs off total. If I reach that then I will then start finding out how many calories needed to maintain and stay in that area for the rest of the year and focus on physical improvements and find out what weight will suit me best. Guessing around 175. And..... I will be wearing Levi's again and throw the rest of the fat clothes away

And best of all, no one will be asking me when I am due anymore ( I usually said I was expecting triplets. Actually, have not been asked that for nearly a year now, TG and 3FC)

Well, I'm back after not posting on 3fc for about 3 weeks through Christmas and my sister's graduation. I'm setting my goal for this challenge at 16lbs.

Wanttochange, I had a very red itchy rash all over for several weeks and it went away by itself without finding out what was causing it. I'm glad it's gone, but I wish I knew what caused it.

SeeMyFeet, I just love your member name and avatar! So cute!

Challenges seem to make me gain, but I can never give up. One of these days, something is going to click. I promised my doctor I would lose enough by May to make a difference in my blood work. I'm thinking maybe 30 lbs total.

So here I go.

It's awesome to see so many of you ready for a challenge!

Personally, I love the new start feeling around New Year's. My resolution this year is to work towards running a marathon. Mind you, that's a goal that will take a few years to acheive, but you have to start somewhere.

I signed up for my first race since returning to running in Oct. of last year. It's a 5k on March 8. I'm hoping these challenges will keep me losing weight throughout the racing season. For every pound I lose, in theory at least, I should get 2 seconds per mile faster, so there's some motivation.
