Howdy!

I'm new to your forum. I've been following the Atkins WOE since June 22, 2003 and have lost 18.5 pounds so far! :) I feel healthier then I have, and I don't feel deprived!

Anyway, just wanted to say *hi* and I look forward to getting to know everyone!

Hello myholidayboyz... I am new to this forum also. I just started Atkins last Tuesday and I am really liking it so far. I have been following the plan exactly and I have lost 7 lbs so far. I think this is the easiet diet for me to follow. I like meat which seems to be the main part of the induction phase so I haven't been tempted to stray yet. Hopefully week two goes as well!! :)

Welcome! I just started posting last week as well! Everyone here is super sweet and very welcoming so I am sure you will love it.
