I have tried every diet on the planet without much luck.
So I am trying something new...joining a weight loss forum.

One pointer.

Select one of the sub forums from the huge list, read some of the posts, find a group you think you like, post including your weight, a bit about your past weight loss attempts, how you are eating and exercising them ask for suggestions.

Good Luck, and you have come to the right place. Myself, I have lost 73 lbs and still going down. Lots of support here and if you ask for it, plenty of good advise. But advise will not be forth-coming unless you ask for it

I'm a calorie counter and, so far, I have lost 20 pounds in 85 days. I use an app to track everything I eat and stay within an allowance. I eat whatever I want and it's great. Hope you find success!
