Hope you had a great Christmas! I hope I am posting this in the right place, but sorry if I have made a mistake. Since I started my weight loss journey I have been enjoying Leslie Sansone's work outs. I currently only have two, the 5 mile fat burning walk and the ultimate 5 day walk.
I originally started with the 5 mile fat burning walk and now feel it doesn't challenge me enough, I love the ultimate 5 day walk with the faster paces and find I enjoy it so much more. What I was wondering is, could anyone give me recommendation as to which of her other DVD's have similar faster and more upbeat workouts? I want something to really motivate me and get myself going!
