South Beach Diet - My weekly goal

I've decided to set a small goal for myself each week to help me with my new WOL. This week my goal is to drink my water! I will do this every day.
Anyone else want to set a small goal for this week? :)

This isn't what you had in mind, but my goal this week is to work for at least 2 hours each day on the apartment. Until we get it finished, my life is on HOLD!! My house is going to pot, I'm not getting to the Y more than once a week, and I'm not spending enough time on myself or with my family. I don't smell too good, either. :lol: Some nights I just tumble into bed dirty, and when we take a trip to the lumber store, I'm FILTHY!!
I AM drinking plenty of water and I'm getting enough steps in with my pedometer, however. And I'm not eating TOO badly. I just need to get this darned job done and get back my LIFE!!! :D

My goal this week is to do advance prep for meals so I don't need to go into overdrive at 6 PM!

Twodog, I love the idea of setting weekly behavioral goals. So, I will join you in your promise to drink my water. Most days I am pretty good, but I could be better. Much better. And now I will be!

Good idea ....
This week I will eat dinner every night at 6:00 p.m. (I usually come home and cook for everyone else, go to the gym, then come home and eat at around 8:30) ... eating that late can't be good for me every night ....

My goal this coming week is to stand tall and remember that I am a value to someone whether I know it or not.

Hope you don't mind that I join in on your thread. I think that the weekly goal is a great idea. I'll make mine to drink my water too. I've joined the water club at work (it's a sad state of affairs when there isn't any drinkable water unless you buy into the water club) and will try to get all my water in. Does it count if you add crystal light to it?

I'll jump right in here and set a weekly goal of walking for twenty minutes at least five days this week. Ten minutes down the street, ten minutes back!
