Hi Everyone,
I am on holidays for 2 weeks and figured now would be a good time to start. I used to run a lot but hurt my hip a few years ago. I find that while working I get busy and eat poorly. I need to lose 25-35 pounds. I have been trying to eat moderately for a few months to stay out of the 180s and it just isn't working. I did WW once about 5 years ago and went from 170 to 150 but used exercise mostly more than changes to eating. Once I stopped exercising, it kind of fell apart. So back to tracking.
