Last week I finally hit Onederland!!! Down 63 pounds and weigh 196.4 - now I am going for goals in ten pound increments. I plan to lose at least forty more, but maybe as much as 60 more. I am weight lifting these days, so I am not sure if I can go down 60 more. If I look like I did, I am okay with that, even if the scale doesn't reflect it.
