Here's a copy of the recipe, there are many versions but most are basically the same.

Crack Slaw
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 3 sliced green onions
• 14 oz coleslaw mix (I used shredded cabbage)
• Salt & Pepper to taste
Sauce Ingredients:
• 1/4 teaspoon white sugar or sweetener (I used splenda)
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste (I just grated some fresh ginger)
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (I used Chili Garlic paste)
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
2. While the meat is browning combine hot sauce, soy sauce, sweetener, vinegar and ginger
3. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. Drain off the fat.
4. Heat up the sesame oil and sauté the garlic, onions and cabbage, until the cabbage is cooked to the desired tenderness.
5. Stir in the sauce.
6. Add the ground beef back in and mix well to combine.
7. Serve hot and enjoy.

It's also yummy with ground turkey!

Do you substitute the sesame oil with olive oil to make it P1 compliant?

I used sesame oil, but I'm not 100% OP so don't go by me

This made 2 servings for us, 8oz of meat and 2 cups of veggies/slaw each. It's A LOT of food.

I can't tolerate artificial sweeteners, so I always made it without and it was still yummy! I do think I made more of the sauce though - it's been awhile since I made it, but I remember it being a bit dry the first time.

I have made something similar - really just gr beef or gr turkey mixed with shredded, roasted cabbage and some spices.

My mom used to make homemade eggrolls and they were stuffed with gr beef, rice and shredded cabbage. Was very yummy and this is somewhat similar.

I have never done the crack slaw, but I think I should!

I also make a simplified version of this. Ground beef, angel hair cabbage (already cut up in a bag), and spices. If I have mushrooms, I'll add them with some broth. I also do this with ground chicken or turkey.

Theres a great low carb version here ( no added sugar)
For pure IP, just sub out EVOO for the sesame oil

I tried this recipe last night and both my husband (who is not on IP) and I loved it! I used cabbage and substituted EVOO. Will definitely be adding it to my favorite recipes list! Thanks for all the tips!

I don't usually include the sweetener or the oil either and I still love it! Now if only I could get my son to eat it!
