I had to laugh. I started this thread without Leslie but I like to do breathing exercises after I do my WATP.

Rode bike yesterday and today.
24 miles yesterday, 20 today.
Had to chaperone homecoming last night and didn't get home till 12:30. So thankful we pushed the clocks back. Not sure how I'll get everything done I need to do, but it will be there for me the next day if not!

Ran 4 miles this morning. I moved onto week 9 of Couch to 10K but I'm not really planning on doing a 10K. But I wanted to do a little more than 3.1 and that way when I run the 5Ks as a race, they will be easy. Anyway, I didn't realize it was going to take so long (even though it clearly says it will take 54 minutes!) So when I got home I wasn't about to skip my Leslie flexibility which is 10 minutes. Stretching is key to not getting injured when running!

So then I really had to rush to get ready for work! Made it somehow! The one next week is 58 minutes. Jeez, I already set my alarm for 4:15. Guess it will be 4:05 soon!

Same as yesterday, ran 4.4 and Leslie! Still running behind time though. Oh well, I'll figure it out.
