Thanks to everyone for welcoming me...feels good to know others are reading my post and that it will behelpful here. My headache lasted until yesterday. Today I woke up and felt great. I am feeling a little bloated for some reason but thinking maybe its all the water. Peeing like crazy!!!!! Temptation has been around me but handling it well. I work at a Child Care centre and we have been doing baking and fairs and such....the kids offer to me, candy popcorn, donuts but I have said no to all..<smile>

the bloating may be constipation--if you think it might be make sure you hit the Metamusal or something similar!
