Oh Boy :rolleyes: now you're asking :lol: I know that Atkins is all protein and fat..you can eat as much eggs..bacon..meat and butter as you like but very little carbs (bread..potatoes)
Sugar Busters..hmmm :chin: don't know much about this but i think you cut out sugar of course and also flour there is bound to be a website so look for www.sugarbusters.com for more info :)
and the Zone is when your food is split up into 3 groups..protein..
carbs and fat (i think) something like 40-30-30..again there will be a website for more info..hope this helps :wave:
