I am guilty of slacking and I am stopping now so I can stay healthy.
I will drink my water everyday.
Judy with all this swimming we've been doing the weight should really be coming off!
I did get 75% of my water in yesterday. I need to get it all in today.
Love warm towels Carol. Didn't track yesterday but ate a lot better than I have been. I'm sitting in my seat and have tracked my breakfast this morning! Yay me!
