I was wondering I found these. http://www.mccormick.com/Recipes/Bre...Mini-Frittatas. I was wanting to make them in the night and store them in the fridge for snacks the next day. I was wondering if anyone on here has made them and would they keep overnight. Thanks

I make a few different variations, and I cook 12 on Sunday night, and put them in the fridge in a large ziplock bag so I can warm up two everyday for breakfast before work.

I love these for only 40 calories each, and my fiance really likes these for 54 calories each.
