Talking Hello There, My Weight Loss is Well Underway
Hello my name is Candy,

The heaviest I have been was on my 20th birthday in June. Something ticked and now I am determined to get to 150 lbs. I started my weight loss journey near the end of July and lost 15 lbs initially, I maintained until September and I started Medical Weight Loss. In June I weighed 345 lbs. Now I weigh 315!

I was posting my weight loss journey to a sub-forum on a bigger forum, but there are way too many judgmental people on that site. I will post all of my posts that I posted to that site (so much post!) and that way you guys can gauge where I am and how I am doing.

I've seen very supportive people on this site and I can't wait to get some of that lovin!

Welcome! Congratulations on your weight-loss so far!

I've been posting here for a little over five years now and I found a couple of small groups that provide me the safe place to work on my weight loss. Best wishes!
