Good evening all. I'm on day 3 of Medifast, and I have been making sure to do it 100% by the book, so I'm worried about messing up here. My question is in regards to the condiments and healthy fats.
Are healthy fats and the seasoning all in the same category?? I couldn't see how that would be right, so I went to the chat option online and asked, and the lady said they WERE the same. I was having a hard time understanding how using 1 garlic powder could replace a healthy fat?? Is that true?
Thanks in advance for any advice anyone may have to offer. I'm stuck here and don't want to use more than I can. Was hoping I could use my healthy fat PLUS a seasoning perhaps? Anyway, thanks for reading!
