Hey, i'm Ewlina, a 16 year old high school student from Norway. I'm serverly overweight at a 270 pounds, my goal weight is 160 pounds, so a long way to go,but i've already lost a little bit (30 pounds)
I just wondered if anyone had some small tips to help me to lose weight

My only tip is to be patient and make sure that you enjoy the process as much as possible! Don't hesitate to try new foods and recipes, find exercises that you love and most of all, make sure what you're doing makes you feel great!
