Default what diet plan would work best

My mom does not eat chicken ever.shes trying to find a good diet plan but everything pretty much uses chicken in most meals.I need something that would work and she could make loads of healthy meals without chicken

she can replace chicken with whatever protein (beef, fish, tofu) and adjust the calorie/carb or whatever count.

She can substitute anything she likes. Shrimp, fish, pork loin, beef, turkey, the possibilities are endless.

Fish, seafood, veal, turkey - these are replacement for chicken. These products are all high in protein and low in calories;-) Good luck to your mom!

I really like using tofu in a lot of dishes and I think that it would be a great substitute for chicken. It's high in protein, low in fat and super easy to cook. Tinned tuna is also great as a staple

I also like tofu and use it for my smoothie it is very helpful and rich in protein. I used to add it in my strawberry smoothie after workout. Just add some tofu to your smoothie and you'll surely love it. She can also substitute the chicken by eating lean meat, fish and turkey.
