I'm starting my 4th week of IP and am getting really tired of the same vegetables cooked the same way. Any recipes to spice things up a bit?

Go to the sticky links and you will find all kinds of recipes. One I tried recently was roasted turnip fries, made just like baked potato fries. They were delicious! First time I ever tried a turnip, too! I was skeptical! But, they needed to cook longer than the recipe said. Look on Pinterest, too!
