Hi all,
My name is Kat and I am 27, I had a baby almost 2 years ago and I put on 80 pounds. She is a delightful little person and worth all the work of getting the weight off! Before pregnancy I was 160 pounds and constantly dieting. I had lost lots of weight right after baby was born but than the weight loss stopped. I tried the IP diet and found that it just made me really sick (my hair was falling out and my doctor told me to not eat so much processed food).
So today I have decided to start counting calories using the MyFitnesspal App on my phone and try to exercise more.
The biggest motivator for this is today I had my passport photo taken and I had no idea my face looked so pudgy! What a wake up call!
Hope to make some friends who will keep me accountable and would like to have that support in return. I would like to lose 8 pounds this month of August
