Exercise! - Anyone have success with Oxycise?

Has anyone tried Oxycise? I'm thinking of ordering the tapes, but would like input, if possible, before I put out the money.

There was a thread here awhile back for Oxycise. Don't know what happened to it.

I bought the program a few years back. The breathing exercises were hard for me, and you had to do it in a certain position only. I sent it back with a full refund.

Doesn't hurt to try with a money back garauntee!

I don't know about Oxycise, but some people on the Low Carb Forum have been doing BodyFlex, which is about the same thing. I think so, anyway!
