additions
On mine they added some healthy fats (I could have 1 a day); Almond milk (50 cals or less)...I need to ask them, but I think you can have 1 a day..it was listed under OTHER, but with the fruit...so it might be a fruit/starch replacement; some items added to some of the categories (like popcorn...air popped & butternut squash added to the starch category); and the proteins weren't broken out by groups anymore...just the leaner ones had an * by them and it said choosing them more often would boost the weight gain...and there were some vegetarian proteins listed; and there was a 2 meal a day alternative listed where you basically just increased the protein portion to 1.5 servings
