Hello fellow low carbers! Well after a long break....I am back on plan, nearing the end of my 2 week induction. Gee I forgot how much more energy I had op. Our court battles are done and our adoption of little guy is underway, so my stress levels are now tolerable and I can focus more on my health. I am ready to do it this time! My son is getting married in the spring and I want to look and feel my best for that, so that is motivation right there! Hope to be posting on a reg basis to keep myself motivated and active.
