Hello,

I was here several years ago and had lost 80 lbs. Life situations happened and needless to say I have gained more than 90 lbs. back.

Last time I used several different methods and lost weight. This time I decided to "go on a program".

Weight has been such a huge struggle for me all my life and it has effect everything in it.

It feels like I must do this if I am to have any quality of life.

I am really looking forward to getting back into winning the weight game here. I want to be a great encouragement for others as well as get the support and motivation that I know I need.

Down 6 pounds my first week... here we go...

Welcome back to a journey of insight and control. You have empathetic acceptance here. Post often. That is what helped me. Even when no one responded for a long time..just being able to express myself and get rid of negativity helped me gain control this time.

you don't necessarily need to tell us here, but i think it would be very helpful to find the things that a) led to your regaining and b) allowed you to put off your weightloss until now.

you accomplished something amazing, losing those 80lbs. This time around you have the absolute knowledge that you are capable of doing it, because you have succeeded before.

congratulations on you 6lb loss and your decision to make yourself a priority. there are so many wonderful, inspirational women on 3FC and you are a valuable addition to that number.
