I need to challenge myself to stay consistent when I am not on a regular schedule. It is easy to work in the garden and say "that's enough" so I am going to strive for keeping up with the weights and aerobic stuff.
1- 35 minutes interval training
2- 30 min aerobics
3-weights and aerobics- 45 min
4
5- 2 hour hike: approx 4 miles (Ithaca is gorges!!)
6
7- 25 minutes weight training; 20 min aerobics
8- 55 min walk
9- 30 minutes interval training (just downloaded the 7 minute workout app)
10- 3 hours in the garden (has to count for something!)
11- 45 minutes: weights and aerobics
12-
13-
14- 45 minutes weights and circuit training (plus about 3 hours of yardwork)
15- 30 minutes aerobics
16
17- 45 minutes weights and aerobics
18- about 4 1/2 hours digging in the garden
19- does helping my son move apartments count?
20-
21- 45 minutes weights and aerobics
22- 30 minutes cross training
23- 30 minutes aerobics
24- 45 minutes: weights and aerobic
25- just yardwork but it has to count for something, right? (2 1/2 hours)
26
27
28- 45 minutes: weights and walk
29- 30 minutes aerobics
30- 30 minutes cross training (7 minute workout x 3)
31- weights and aerobics: 45 minutes
