So I had laser eye surgery a few weeks ago and took a week off work afterwards where I spent most of my time sleeping, so I didn't eat much for that week.
Ever since, my body has been on a sugar rampage, cravings everywhere, and while I've had the odd "good" day, all in all I fell right off the wagon and have gained weight. I don't know how much I've gained, and overeating every day has left me bloated so it's hard to tell what my measurements actually are right now, but I'm up at least 5lb. I'm purposefully not weighing myself because my weight fluctuates day to day and if I get up in the morning and see I've "gained" it can often make me throw in the towel, even if I know it's just water weight or what have you.

So from today I'm going cold turkey on junk food. The only thing I'm allowing myself is diet soft drinks/diet sodas because they are a crutch that keep me from falling off the wagon.

Day 1 is quite hard so far- I'm tired from Pride weekend and didn't get much sleep, so I'm craving sugar. I'm super bloated from all the junk I ate over the weekend too.

My reward for getting through the 30 days will be a nice set of eyelash extensions :) I'll be updating this thread as I go, I also have a blog here (https://30daysnojunk.wordpress.com/) if anyone is interested.
