Hi ,

I am new to this forum. Took me a while to get a hang of how this works. I am starting the IP phase 1 tomorrow- June 28,2014. I have never been on a diet and am very scared of failing with this one. I have fibromyalgia and I am very worried but at the same time excited to take on this journey.

I would love to have a support group here to hold me if I am falling, and do the same for others.

I plan to log in daily and share how my day is going. I would love to make new friends in this journey who can share their story with me as well.

The "search" feature on 3FC is really terrible, but if you go to "google" and put in Fibromyalgia and Ideal Protein, or 3 Fat Chicks with it, you will probably find some older threads of people who have similar health challenges.
