Hi everyone! This is my first post on 3FC and I think I'm supposed to introduce myself first. That seems like a good thing to do right? Ok so I started my journey January 1 2014. I am a 19 y.o. female. My starting weight was 250.6, I am currently about 215. I am 5'9. I know I will probably be scolded by some for saying this, but I don't work out much. I am lucky if i work out once a week.
My calorie goal per day is 1360. I feel as if i am losing weight very slowly lately or not at all. Does anyone have some encouragement or advice for me? Somedays I feel like quitting. Will working out help me blast through this "plateau"? If it is a plateau...what about starvation mode? I don't think I am in starvation mode but I would like to know what y'all think. Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated!
