I've been here before. I lost nearly 100 pounds. I let my life get in the way of life and I gained back over half of it. New child, divorce, cancer scare, etc. I had a bad couple years. I'm back on track now though. I've lost 11 pounds this last month. I don't really have a goal weight. I want to be healthy first and look good second, I don't care much what the number on the scale is.

I'm also here the second time around. Congratulations on losing 11lbs!!! You're on your way Losing weight is like a cyclical hobby for me. It consumes my every waking moment for about three months then I get bored and pick up another hobby for a few months, gain back a couple of pounds and then renew my interest in dieting again I don't beat myself up over it, every day is a new opportunity to improve Good luck!
