Default Anyone with steroid induced cushings?

Hi Folks,

I am struggling so hard and frustrated.

This sounds terrible, but I am disgusted with my body right now.

I have been on prednisone for two years (have been off now for a few months) for an autoimmune disease. Anyone who has been on high doses of prednisone long term, knows what it does to your body. Essentially, I look like I'm 9 months pregnant. Clothes don't fit right, I feel yucky, I am uncomfortable. I have lost about 40lbs so far, but still so much to lose.

I am losing it on my legs and arms, which isn't a bad thing... But my legs and arms aren't really that big compared to the XL beach ball I looked like I swallowed.

Has anyone else had this problem, and know any specific diet/exercise/witchcraft to improve it? I don't need to be super skinny, I just want to feel comfortable. It's almost like the rest of my body (butt, legs, arms) are wasting away and all going to my gut. I also have a very big upper body in general with large breasts and big shoulders.

Any help would be appreciated. My upper body and lower body do not match... I want some help
