A few months ago (forgot what the monthly routine was) but my leader mentioned that WW does not recommend eating your AP's in order to lose. At first it was like what?? You always hear everyone say that if they want that cookie or extra serving...etc then just earn AP's to balance it out and if you want to eat more, then move more.

I'm wondering what everyone else's take on that is.

I eat them if I'm hungry or really craving a small treat. If I'm not, then I don't. But usually exercising does make me hungrier, so I often do eat them. I haven't noticed it hindering any weight loss
