I have hep c along with other health problems, and was wondering if any one else on the baord suffered from this disease. I am tired alot and sometimes it takes everything I have to exercise. If anyones out there with this I would love to hear from you.

Hi...welcome to the board!

I don't have hep c....but I DO have RA. I stay really fatigued. Also, have back problems from car accident yrs ago. No exercising for me at all! I've managed to lose about 25 lbs since April 23rd. So, it is possible to lose.

There are numerous boards here, you may want to try. Some of them aren't titled as health problems...but most posting have health issues. I'm in "Chronic back pain...." & "Over 50 & Staying Healty" (not everyone is over 50 on this board), & "Christian Encouragers"

Just jump in anywhere & see if you like it. If not, try another, or just talk with me here. I come checking things out each day. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Could always use another encourager myself!
